Our Philosophy
We're not interested in JUST building a room full of great tattooers.We're interested in building a team of great tattooers who push each other, challenge each other and raise the standard together. Technical ability matters, BUT Work ethic matters more.
We're looking for artists who are obsessed with improving their craft, who respect the history of tattooing, and who want to be surrounded by people with the same mindset. If your goal is simply to rent a chair, we're probably not the right fit. BUT If your goal is to become the best artist you can be, we'd love to hear from you.
We're building something with real ambition, and we're looking for people who want to be part of it from the beginning.

From October onwards, we'll be welcoming a small number of resident and guest artists to join 33rd Degree.
We're not looking to build the biggest TEAM in London. We're building THE strongest.

Resident Artists
We're looking for experienced artists who want to become part of the studio long term.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years studio experience. HOWEVER IF SOMEONE HAS POTENTIAL AND THE CORRECT ATTITUDE WE WOULD CONSIDER SOMEONE LESS EXPERIENCED.
• A consistent portfolio demonstrating strong technical ability
• A minimum commitment of 2 to 3 days per week
• Large scale experience preferred

Full Time Resident
4 to 6 days per week
For artists looking to make 33rd Degree their home.
Become part of the core team and help shape the future of the studio from day one.
Part Time Resident
2 to 3 days per week
Perfect for artists balancing travel or commitments elsewhere, while still wanting to be part of the studio on a regular basis.
Regular Guest Artist
2 to 3 days per month
For artists who want a consistent London base without committing to residency.
Whether it's a couple of days every month or a regular guest spot throughout the year, we're always happy to build long term relationships.
Guest Artist
Visiting London? Come and hang for a day, a week or something in between, we'd love to welcome you to the studio whenever you're in town.
